Financial Assistance 

Loans range from $500 to $300,000. Interest rates for loans reflect the risk assessment of the proposal while noting the minimum interest rate is two percent above the prevailing prime rate. Please note in order to qualify, the proposed business project must satisfy certain criteria.

CBDC Annapolis serves all communities in the Municipality of the County of Annapolis, Nova Scotia: (Bear River, Deep Brook, Cornwallis Park, Clementsvale, Upper Clements,Milford,Maitland Bridge, Victoria Beach, Granville Ferry, Round Hill, Bridgetown,Clarence,Lawrencetown, Hampton,Port George, Spa Springs, Margaretsville, Nictaux, New Albany, Springfield,Wilmot, Melvern Square, Forest Glade and the Town’s of Annapolis Royal & Middleton).

• Financing is available for busines start-up, expansion and retention purposes - (land, buildings, equipment (new & used), leaseholds, working capital)
• Applicants should provide adequate equity in the business project.
• The business proposal must be sound and viable in the market place.

*The existence of any or all of the above criteria does not in itself guarantee approval by the Board of Directors.
